5. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, comments, and other content that you upload or post on the Platform (“User Content”).
License to Real Tadka
By posting User Content, you grant Real Tadka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), display, distribute, and promote your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:
- You own the content or have the necessary rights to post it
- The content does not violate any law or regulation
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
- The content is not false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- Harass, intimidate, abuse, or exploit other users
